Pet Haven was an excellent experience with 3 of our fur babies. They did a great job and were quick to get us on the schedule! The atmosphere is calming and very clean. All of the staff are very friendly. The before and after were unbelievable. Paisley has high anxiety and hasn’t done well with other groomers in the past. She was so calm when we picked her up after her appointment that we are 100% confident that we have found the best groomers for our babies.
Absolutely amazing with our fur baby. He has always had problems with getting nail trims after a bad experience. They truly care about each pet. We will highly recommend them! 😀👍

I visited for the first time because of the $7 nail trim special for Christmas in July. I have a hard time trimming my dog's nails, so I wanted someone else to try it. They were so gentle with her and did a great job. The owners were so kind and helpful. We'll definitely be back.

We brought our baby Jax to Pet Haven Salon & Spa on their soft opening day, a week ago, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! Bao and Kelley were both incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. They took such wonderful care of Jax, and he came home looking absolutely amazing! You can tell they truly love what they do and genuinely care about every pet that comes through their doors. The Salon is coming together looking like a very high end luxury Spa and resort in the midst of lufkin! We highly recommend Pet Haven Salon & Spa and can’t wait to bring Jax back! ❤️❤️❤️😘😘
I love the customer service here they are always accommodating and very very thoughtful and nice! But not just that my grandma loved how her baby turned out it was her first time using a groomer and first time for the dog as well and both were super happy!
The hospitality they provide is excellent. I've never felt so comfortable to know my fur baby is taken care of. He has health issues and is a senior doggy and I wasn't treated like he's a liability like other places I've been to. They took care of him like he deserves. Thank you so much!
Very accommodating and nice people!! I got the bath elite package along with getting her nails painted pink! I was able to drop her off and run to do errands, did not take long at all though! They called me when she was ready and she looked and smelled amazing! 🤩 thank yall so much 🐶 ❤️
Bao and Kelly were amazing! They groomed our pups exactly the way we asked! Perfection! And that’s hard to find! They answered all my questions and made our pups feel very comfortable. Even sent a video of Nola falling asleep as she was groomed 😍

Kelley has groomed my dogs for years and years! I’ve always loved how patient and caring she is with them. She truly treats every pet like family and takes the time to make sure they feel comfortable throughout the process. My dogs always come home looking wonderful, smelling amazing, and most importantly happy and relaxed. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does and takes pride in her work. It gives me peace of mind knowing they’re in caring hands. Kelley’s experience with her profession shows with how she worked with my baby, Bogie! He is a 14 yr old miniature poodle and he was given the worst groom ever by another salon where I live and she fixed him in my backyard! He was almost scared to be touched again as the previous groomer took over 2 hours to groom him which is unheard of! Kelley was very patient with Bogie and came highly recommended and I found out why very quickly. She took her time with him and took time outs when necessary to keep him calm. In the beginning he was having such a hard time, she was a genius and thought of a way to calm him by asking me for his favorite treats and breaking them into small pieces and she gave them to him slowly and eased him into being comfortable with the process. The best part of it all? I was able to be there to watch up close and I’ve never been able to do that before. He did not get distracted and she was able to fix the mess the previous groomer had done to him. She’s an amazing stylist for your fur baby. My experience was prior to the spa being open, but I assure you I will be going to see Kelley!

Pricing depends on the selected service and your pet’s breed, weight, coat, condition, and grooming needs. Contact us for a service recommendation and quote for your pet.
02Which vaccination records do you need?
Dogs must have vaccination records for Rabies, DHPP / DA2PP, and Bordetella. Please contact the salon about providing your pet’s records before the visit.
03How long should we wait after vaccinations?
Our salon requires a two-day waiting period after vaccinations before services as a precautionary policy. Contact us if you’re unsure when to arrange your pet’s visit.
04How do I request an appointment?
Call or email our salon and tell us about your pet and the service you’re interested in. We’ll discuss scheduling with you. A request is confirmed only when our salon confirms the appointment details.

Please give at least 24 hours’ advance notice to cancel. Late cancellations and no-shows incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service value.
