Yes. Every enrolled pet has their own plan, included service and benefit record. Benefits stay with that pet and are available during the paid membership cycle.
What happens if I cancel an appointment?
Cancel an appointment at least 24 hours in advance to restore its reserved included service within the original membership cycle, without using Grace. For a late cancellation or no-show using an included service, no separate 50% attendance fee applies. An Owner or manager reviews the case: an available earned Grace credit may be used to preserve the service; otherwise the included service is forfeited. If the visit is a paid service rather than an included service, the ordinary 50% late-cancellation or no-show fee applies.
Can I cancel my membership?
Canceling a membership stops its next renewal. Cancellation does not end the current paid cycle early: eligible benefits remain available through the end of that cycle, subject to the plan’s service, pet, vaccination, and appointment requirements. No prorated refund or credit is issued for the remaining days or term.
Plan and monthly/annual payment schedule changes begin at the pet’s next unpaid renewal, after its current paid term. Pet removal stops the next renewal while retaining already-paid eligible care. Added pets share the household billing day. An added annual membership starts at the next household cycle and prepays twelve monthly dues; no payment or benefit applies before that start date. For an added monthly membership, choose Start next cycle (no payment or benefits until the next household cycle) or Start today (a full monthly pet payment now, with one included service for the remaining current cycle after payment succeeds). Start today keeps the household billing day: full monthly dues are payable again at the next renewal, even if it is only a few days away. Exact amounts, applicable tax and Platform Fees for card payments, and both payment dates are shown before separate authorization. Cash payments must be received and confirmed at the salon. There is no mid-cycle proration, refund or credit; existing pets’ paid cycles remain unchanged. Unused included services follow the normal expiration and Grace rules.

All membership sales are final. Membership payments are nonrefundable, including unused days, unused included services, and any remaining portion of a paid membership term, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
What is Founding Member 2026?
First 25 qualifying households, through November 30, 2026, while places remain. 20 places currently available. Availability is confirmed during enrollment.
Eligible clients who enroll from October 1 through November 30, 2026 receive an additional 10% off the then-current recurring dues of their original qualifying primary Pet Haven Salon & Spa membership, on top of the savings already included in membership pricing, while it remains continuously active and in good standing. This is a continuing percentage discount, not a permanent 2026 dollar price; existing applicable rate protections still apply. It excludes additional enrolled pets, add-ons, retail, taxes, fees, standalone services and other promotions. Cancellation or termination forfeits future Founding pricing; re-enrollment does not restore it. Founding enrollment is limited to the first 25 qualifying households. Each household counts once, regardless of how many pets enroll. The offer ends when those spots are filled or on November 30, 2026, whichever comes first. Eligible enrollment closes November 30, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM in the salon’s verified local time zone. Each additional enrolled pet receives $10 off their own regular monthly membership price. Membership dues are before taxes and applicable fees, including Platform Fees and Special Handling Fees under the salon safety policy. Paid-cycle benefits remain subject to the regular membership terms.
Do discounts stack?
The best eligible discount applies to a qualifying service or add-on. Discounts do not stack. Taxes, tips and excluded fees do not receive the membership percentage discount.
When is my first membership payment taken?
Request your membership using your baby’s estimated weight, then book their first appointment. For that one linked visit, you may select the plan’s included service and receive the tier’s eligible discounts on extras, or book a paid service with eligible member savings. Discounts do not stack; the highest eligible discount applies. Any temporary authorization due within seven days must be approved before the appointment request is sent. For a card membership, the hold includes the selected monthly or annual dues plus the actual visit balance, applicable tax and the disclosed Platform Fee. For a cash membership, the security hold covers the original service after eligible membership savings plus one month of dues and applicable tax, even when annual cash payment is selected. It does not hold twelve months of cash dues. A hold is not a completed payment or an active paid membership. At check-in, we confirm measured weight and show the final membership and visit amounts for your approval. Card checkout captures the same authorization when supported and sufficient; otherwise a separately approved payment is required and the original hold must be released before another payment. The first card membership term is included in that single checkout payment; recurring billing starts after that paid term. Cash membership clients pay the selected monthly or annual dues at the salon, in addition to any actual visit balance. Their hold is released before cash visit payment; any remaining card hold is reduced to the actual card purchase where supported. Staff record cash membership receipts separately. Paid benefits and membership cards activate only after verified membership payment; an included first service is counted once. Temporary first-visit eligibility cannot be reused for other appointments. Existing paid memberships keep their billing schedule.
What does my pet need before a visit?
A pet photo and current required vaccinations. The salon verifies your pet’s weight and service eligibility.
For everyone’s safety, pets over 100 lb and pets showing aggression require at least two active employees assigned to assist with their service. The Special Handling Fee applies under this policy; members receive 50% off the regular $20 fee.
Pause automatic display refreshes while reading. Page navigation and manual refresh still work. Security checks, payment confirmation and salon background jobs continue.

Choose separately for every baby. Annual prepayment is twelve monthly dues, with one included visit in each monthly care cycle. Pay by saved card or at the salon with cash.
Payment dates & membership policy
A confirmed failed card membership payment must be resolved by updating the payment method and successfully completing payment within 24 hours of the failed payment. A cash renewal must be paid within 24 hours of its disclosed due date. There are no extensions or exceptions: the unpaid pet’s membership automatically cancels after the deadline and its applicable promotions, including Founding pricing, are forfeited. Re-enrollment uses current market pricing and does not restore forfeited promotions. Updating a card alone does not constitute payment. Provider or connection uncertainty alone is not treated as a confirmed decline. Other pets’ already-paid coverage remains valid.
Beginning January 1, 2027, regular service, add-on and membership prices increase by 3% at 12:00 AM every January 1 in the salon’s verified local time zone, rounded upward to the next $0.25. For example, a $70.00 regular price becomes $72.25. Already-paid terms, accepted payment authorizations and applicable membership rate protections remain honored. Eligible continuing percentage promotions apply to the current eligible dues. Gift-card or account-credit face value, tax, optional tips and Platform Fees are excluded from this annual price increase. The full renewal amount is disclosed before any separately confirmed billing change where required.
